It looks like the credentials you're using for rabbitmq are invalid. Be sure to set the appropriate username/password on your rabbitmq server (https://access.redhat.com/articles/1167113)
Also be sure those credentials are defined in /etc/nova/nova.conf The guide above from RedHat explains how to set both of those things up.
