If you want Microsoft to take a phone call, then you need a hypervisor with the Server Virtualization Validation Program (SVVP) certificate: http://www.windowsservercatalog.com/svvp.aspx
That includes Citrix XenServer, Red Hat RHEL and RHEV, Oracle VM, Novell SLES, and VMware ESX. Basically the answer is that you need a commercial hypervisor (because SVVP certification takes weeks to do, and months up front to get the drivers and hypervisor perfect). If you'll excuse me a corporate plug for a moment, Windows support is one area that XenServer does particularly well (it's very much in line with Citrix's business).
