Hi all.

I'm a little conflicted with my vote.  I'm against the concept of backporting a 
feature, but
this feature also has some important additions to stability. It's just whether 
or not the
stability advantages are critical enough.  To me, it seems like they are.

I just want to note that we need to be mindful of the fact that we are 
dependent on Docker
and that Docker will change very quickly over time.  Given the circumstance, 
the next release
may have some new way of doing something, which can increase stability in an 
old branch.
We need to be mindful that this can happen and it may not be worthy of backport.

In this case I think it's worth it.
