So first, I'd like to say that my poor English skills aren't enough to emphasize how much I love this idea. I think instead of adding yet-another-irc-channel how about create weekly meetings? We can rant in scheduled time and it probably will get more attention. That, mailing list with dedicated tag and WG would be great imho. We could get some room in future PTGs too then.
