As I known, openssl is incompitable with itself. Maye I'm wrong.
I'm using a old version of ACE/TAO, it means I have to recompile the whole 
ACE/TAO lib with openssl 1.0.1, not sure if it works or not.
Anyway, I'm going to give it a short since there is no any other resort.
