Isn't this the same documentation where your also documenting that
it can be compiled with OpenSSL or without OpenSSL?  How hard is
it to explain the OpenSSL licensing conditions apply if this
is compiled with OpenSSL, and they don't if it's not?

Also I don't think the program documentation qualifies as an
"advertising material" thus you don't have to mention it.
