I am using OpenCA 0.8.1 and need to cross certify with an old CA that only accepts V1 CA certs. How do I generate one with openssl? I've tried no using the -extensions or -extfile arguments. I've tried using an openssl.cnf file with all the extension commands remmed out and then tried one with all the extension sections deleted. The generated certs in all cases do not have the extensions but they show up as V3 certs. So, how do I generate a V1 one? Thanks - John
