Yes, we are currently driving postfix+smtp instead of postfix+smtpfeed
since yesterday evening. The result obviously is that the duplicates are
gone because they seemed to be caused by the LMTP connection between
postfix and smtpfeed.

Unfortunately, as another result we now deliver the mails slower than
before and consume lots of more resources on the the machine where
mmx.engelschall.com is hosted (FYI: smtpfeed is a single-process
I/O-multiplexing LTMP service while Postfix' smtp is a single-I/O
service where concurrency is achieved by spawning lots of such processes
only).

But I think people currently prefer no duplicates over fast delivery
and I can still life with the increased resource consumption on
mmx.engelschall.com. So we will keep this setup until new problems
occur ;)
