amitc> I just wanted to know if there is any work happening on an OCSP
amitc> library for OpenSSL.

There is a patch kit for OpenSSL 0.9.5a in
http://www.stacken.kth.se/~levitte/OpenSSL/ . I'm currently working
on making it better (there is a lot of things it doesn't do but could,
especially around verification of the response).

amitc> Or is it something that is left to the users i.e goes into the
amitc> verify callback?

There's no http library in OpenSSL, so you need to set up a verify
callback and the http code in any case.
