Sendmail is a Mail Transfer Agent (MTA). An SSL server (assuming the web 
variety) requires a web server.

You need OpenSSL (here), .. Apache (www.apache.org) + mod_ssl, .. OR 
ApacheSSL (www.apachessl.org).

If this is beyond your capabilities, you might look for an ISP that offers 
secure web hosting.
