My address and phone number are not needed to establish the "legal person"
condition: all they need is my real name and signature on the document,
which I'm ready to provide them with.

To show you how ridiculous the address and phone number requirements are,
I'll just say that I moved already 5 times in my life and changed at least
8 times from phone number !!! Not only this information is subject to
change at any time but none of the signees of LL's License agreement are
required to inform LL about their address of phone number changes.

Legally, all what is required to establish an identity from a document is
the name and signature it bears. The rest is "excessive for the purpose",
something the French Law "Informatique et Liberté" forbids to require from
a signee.

Henri.
