My wife works inworld for a big estate, in sales and tenant support and staff training, and basically EVERY CASE DOCUMENTATION is based on plaintext chat- and IM logs. When I told her about this change earlier I almost had to tie her down to keep her to go over to linden village with a shotgun... and she's usually the most peace-loving person ever.
