Thanks for that Q - hadn't spotted that. I've been torturing the xml to within an inch of it's life with StarLight, including having completely re-done the profile panels. I think I have now learnt most of what can and can't be done with it -so if anybody wants to ask any questions I will be happy to try and help. Largely you can do quite a few things as long as you remember the elements have to be somewhere in that particular floater/widget, and you don't try and be too ambitious with it - and you may find that the layout elements can seem like a dark art at times as they often don't seem to work as you would expect.
Hopefully LL will allow an easier method for incorporating skinning and xml changes that residents develop as add-ons - the way that Kirstens S20 (based on Viewer 2) works makes it a lot easier, and reduces the need for regular updates. And in case you are wondering the standards that LL use for laying out the xml are dependent on who wrote it - but it does seem somewhat better in that regard than Viewer 1! >There's no GUI editor. It will bring up a dialog that you can use to >display any of our > dialog boxes, in two languages at once if you want.
