CC-SA says: "You may not offer or impose any terms on the Work that restrict the terms of this License or the ability of the recipient of the Work to exercise the rights granted to that recipient under the terms of the License."
If anyone has uploaded CC-SA licensed textures or other materials to Second Life, they are now in violation of that license because of the new third party viewer policy section 2b which forbids reproduction of materials that were uploaded by someone else.
