I've played around with the last few builds of Nevada-- I've set up a Solaris 10 server at work, much to the annoyance of my Windows-biased boss. I've never had an "easy" way to get him to check out Solaris.... until he watched me boot the recently released LiveCD. I think it's a great decision on Sun's part, but the way in which the community was treated could have been a bit... better, perhaps. I wouldn't worry about it too much, though.
