people tend to subscribe to the mailing list that is the most visible and close to what they need, the most visible list at osol.org is osol-discuss. that is why people ask there instead of osol-help. i think people asking things about solaris 10 here is a problem but i actually expected that. i thing answering them just to say that this list is not the right place because that might be too unfriendly and scare the user away. probably the best thing to do is tell them that this is the wrong place to ask, point to the right place and give the guy some hints about his problem. eventually those people would start asking in the right place
