512MB, the install failed due to my machine not having enough memory - wanted
796MB or some such.
Is this just a packaging issue? Can Solaris run on "small" machines? Are
there implementations which run on really tiny things like cell phones and the like?
It can run on machines with less than 796Mb. Try selecting a text base
install and don't pick the developer option - you can manually install
the NetBeans and Studio stuff after the install.
