Attached is an updated version of the remote bitbang patch generated following 
the instructions from http://repo.or.cz/w/openocd.git/blob/HEAD:/HACKING.

The remote bitbang jtag driver is useful for debugging software running on 
processors which are being simulated.

Thanks for the patch.

Note that the community will be more interested in this work
if comes with some host driver or description of application.
If this is just one end of a mysterious application, then the incentive
accept it and maintain it is very low.

Please see about providing a git patch to save maintainer's work
and make it easier for others to review:
