There are two *completely* separate issues here: the position as
release engineer is open and what to include in that release.

For now we just continue to make incremental improvements to
openocd as they arrive. If good patches for swd or general refactoring,
rinsing and general cleanup, backed by someone
who's willing to do work to integrate them smoothly with openocd
to yield maintainable code, which includes geting the community on
board, then swd work or cleanup will happen now.
