As the note says it's a standard FT2232 device. :) Compare http://shop.embedded-projects.net/index.php?module=artikel&action=artikel&id=15 which is very similar and what has been my main JTAG adapter so far. Both these devices work fine for me with the LPC2148, and a friend of mine who has the NGX device is using it with an LPC1768 with some, albeit limited, success. I don't know if the latest patches by Øyvind has improved things. I've also just bought a Versaloon from Simon and am looking forward to testing it.
