Well, you remeber the reason why the 0.1.0 installer was taken down, but 
after that someone decided that there won't be any build published in 
the future. This is even stated on the website:

I don't think that's a good decision, but I'm not in charge here.

BTW - libftdi and libusb-win32 are still not a good alternative 
(probably never will be).
