Someone someday decided that there will be no "builds" on the website. 
There is no info about the location of the builds neither... If you 
don't want to publish the binaries, maybe a small "builds" section with 
links to builds?

Another case is the intermediate builds (weekly, monthly, rcX etc.) - I 
won't post such things on my website, as I don't have enough server 
space and transfer quota to do that. Soing such things would be quite 
nice as now the tests in the -dev phase is very limited.

Actually that wouldn't help, as the rc0 was fine, the patch that was 
pushed to the rc0 branch 2 days before the release (5 days into rc0 
phase) broke everything.
