Yes, the bugs still exists, i am looking into the codes by myself now, though 
i'm not familiar with the JTAG protocol.

Hopefully, i can get support from you, or one of the developers, i can provide 
hardware support if needed.

Is that issue still open in *current* git?  A patch was merged
recently that could affect breakpoint handling on arm920t in
such situations...
