First, stop using SVN numbers for new work.

But for cross referencing, "git log" will include the
SVN linear ID in the commits pulled via "git svn".

You can see one with e.g. "git show efef058".

So that means you can "git show" and then use the
search mechanism in "less" to find the "@2646" or
similar SVN string ... from which the git hash is
quite obvious.  :)
