Hmm, I am not an expert. Anyway, this means that you need to install libusb-win32 driver. Personally I use the libusb-win32 device driver because the filter driver can cause major problems for people (especially Vista). You can use the INF wizard to generate the INF file and then use the device manager to update the driver from the original driver from Segger to libusb-win32.
