http://lostarm.sf.net It builds a *COMPLETE* gnu gcc tool chain for ARM7TDMI - bare metal, it uses NEWLIB for the C-Library It uses an older version of GCC, to be honest with you, there are *little* if any benefit you will get if you _really_ want a new version.
