OK, simple question:

Will the new cfg files layout be committed or not? If not, I'll just stop 
wasting my time. I really have no idea what are you talking about now - if 
someone want's to use LPC he/she has to set up correct crystal frequency - the 
flashing fails BADLY without that. That's all. It was like this since the 
beginning of OpenOCD. I don't see any bug there - it is required by the OpenOCD 
software. Why exactly and what for? I don't know, probably because LPCs do 
require that parameter (they fail if the value is wrong). This whole discussion 
was about cfg file - to make them more user-friendly, and - in my opinion - the 
layout that I proposed IS better. The whole thing turned to be a discussion 
about resets and - now - flashing algorithms. My opinion on this subject is 
just like with resets - the bug (if there really is one) WAS there from the 
beginning, so - for me - it can still be there for a while, as I cannot solve 
this issue.
