You probably installed the ftd2xx drivers (from FTDI), but 0.2.0 on my website needs libusb drivers. Take a look at the file <install_dir>/drivers/ft2232.zip. You need to create an entry for your JTAG, than you need to uninstall the driver of the main (JTAG) channel of FT2232 from your system (leave the RS-232 drivers) and install the libusb drivers.
