Duane was hot on the trail of some breakpoint fixes. Those were
not regressions though.

Michael Fischer was on his own release schedule before. I don't
see a problem with him cherry picking some post 0.2 that solves
some particular problems.

I'd hate the idea of having 10 host platforms with a few outstanding
problems on each and try to time a release until "all" problems have
been solved.

Better to let the package maintainers decide what's best for
a particular platform.
