I found a working solution which is the r1461. This was the version I use for the Mac install. I got a fresh version from the SVN and use the same configure script and so on. r1461 works, but 1606 not. Btw. ft2232 interface was used.
You are to fast with the update of the SVN, no time to check against all the targets.
