These fileds ARE physically "gone" for any user using and searching to 
understand the JTAG API.
Yes, you can add again with an helper. But the user/developer will not 
do it in this way but he will manage the CHECK himself at upper layer. 
Very Bad since we know a inline CHECK at the very low Layer of the JTAG 
interface can be an enormous speed gain.
