Thanks for some movement on your position.

My aim in promoting CMake is to simplify things for people, including 
me.   I believe CMake brings simplification to a complex set of goals.  
It only takes a few minutes to get a whif of that simplification.  So 
that is why I am asking that folks try the patch when they get a chance.
