I got this on my Olimex STM32-H103 board, which has a STM32F103 RBT6,
with an Olimex USB-ARM_TINY adapter.
But that is with a version of OpenOCD which is in the Mac OS X "ports" project.
I can probably reproduce this, I saw it this weekend.
