ok then, i'll try to do that [;

my suggestions:

install folder: [Program Files]\OpenOCD\0.1.0\
executable in that folder, along with documentation, licenses and some 
readme files, links to openocd webpage
config files in their dirs
zipped drivers for turtelizer2 and rlink in the \drivers\ subfolder
source package in the subfolder \source\

i'll try to make the installer in *.msi format using Wix3.
