Getting "consensus" is the best choice of action.

I think what we in the USA call - a "Laundry List"
    A big list of things to do, you do not do them all.
    You do the most pressing ones.
    The important thing is to develop the list.

Some where down that list - we draw the "1.0" line.

I would add these items.

(A)    A manuel that has been pruf reed bi a spelar dat iz bedder den me.

(B)    A cleaned up and tested set of "config" scripts for some large 
number of development boards.

(C)   A reviewed list of existing commands and their documentation.

(D)    A test procedure - in the manual - that a *USER* can use with 
their board.
    Something simple that works along the lines of the "Simple Config" 
that in the user manual.

(E) Perhaps - flash speedups.

(F) DCC fixes - ie vector catch?
