This may have been the wrong choice since the sam7x is a sam7s with Ethernet and CAN. Two other variants on the sam7s are sam7se with an external bus, and sam7xc with Ethernet, CAN, and encryption. I would have kept the sam7s config files since all variants can use this base configuration.
