I tried to reinstall dropping and recreating the DB. But I tried to
reinstall from the scratch too.

I saw this documentation. It doesn't  have very different instructions
(only some more prerequisites).

Yes, I already tried this and works.

I already tried this many times.
The strange thing is that in another server with the same settings and
operating system, it installed normally.

But thank you. I will try other ways.
