Hi Joseph, I think we can prepare the testing application and you can do some comparison how it is working with AEC.
You are right about the testing, you can start about this at any time :)) Regarding your point "upgrade to newer version" => we actually already have extended tools for that. You can export and import everything in a single ZIP and re-install with that ZIP (or re-import it). It might just need some more documentation and maybe some testing. However this is a very time consuming and complicated task. You have to have multiple OpenMeetings instances and generate various data inside that instance, for example via LDAP integration, SOAP integration, upload/download files, recording conferences, record interview, generate private message/contacts/folders And the export that and re-import it again. Maybe it makes sense to export an "Master-Backup File" from some sample system one time to have one that could be used as reference.
