Though, the person broadcasting would need moderator permissions.screen sharing a broadcasted web can may work, but your increasing the amount of hops required by n factorial.( aka can become very slow). So, essentially, your computer would be updating, when screen share determines a pixel change it would broadcast the update. This creates a lot more work and will result in choppy video quality. It may be best to give moderator to whom wishes to receive the broadcast. However, both solutions should still work.
