this is really weird, what i do is just create this parameters

[room_id] => 107
[isOwner ] => 1
[path] => http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf

[fileSystemName] => i-9.pdf
)
then call the importFileByInternalUserId soap call, i made sure the sid is
logged in. :(
