Thanks Sebastian for your response. My situation is this... I have my moodle site on my localhost and it is hosted on godaddy (using XAMMP). I was trying to install openmeetings on the localhost and then load it on my live website. However, I cannot find any instructions that guides me to the process of installing on either the localhost or on godaddy. Could you provide me with some step-by-step instuctions please?
