First of all I have to make a few things clear. The

I would really appreciate it if someone could
let me know what should I do in order to solve
this problem. BTW, the machine with the GT1030
NVIDIA card is the one that I am using at home.

as "Driver Version:*375.82* - Release Date: Mon Jul 24, 2017"
if i were you i would try this version.
