If we can find out who at Nvidia to ask (and John Martin <john.m.mar...@oracle.com> may know, he's involved with the X server and Nvidia) then we should do so. Hopefully this is just a simple oversight by Nvidia - after all nobody except Sun's been shipping OpenSolaris-like distributions so far. Section 2.1.2 does look a bit half-edited.
