*Hi Joel* As long as there is no offense to OCA goals, I see no reason to provide > rules or guidance here.
IMO a good reason could be to strengthen marketing within OCA in order to reach it's goals more efficiently. I think to preserve freedom spirit, guidance rather than rules would be a good thing. *2cts, r**egards.*
