+1 to Leonardo, Using "Odoo" naming without any type of review would surely hurt the brand name it self instead of helping it to grow. Better if any one willing to use it go through a review process, Odoo may think about charging some amount as well if they think it's going to be time consuming to review it, else OCA driven certification or review should be done. This will surely lead to quality work available and keep non serious project away from using the name.
