"sudo snap install openbabel" will now install a Snap Package for Open
Babel 2.4.0 on at least Ubuntu and Xubuntu.

The commands are all prefaced by "openbabel." (e.g. openbabel.obgui,
openbabel.obabel, etc. - hit Tab for autocompletion in bash) so they
won't get mixed up with the packages provided by the distro.

I'll eventually update the various docs.
