Greetings, I am getting segmentation faults from openbabel on a few small molecules when trying to convert from .mol2 format (either to .smi or to .sdf). The version we have is Open Babel 2.3.90, from Nov, 2014, on a linux server. However, the version 2.3.2 (Oct 5 2012) on my Windows7 PC is working. Attached is an input file that produces this behavior.
