Hello,
I installed openbabel 2.3.2 in linux system 64bit using $ apt -get install
openbabel, it got installed. But when i am using it in command line to
convert the file formats, i am able to use only babel and not able to use
obabel.
If i am typing $ obabel -H ,
i am getting the following on the terminal
No command 'obabel' found, did you mean:
Command 'babel' from package 'openbabel' (universe)
obabel: command not found
what is the problem?? is openbabel not installed properly?
And can we use openbabel command line (babel or obabel) to convert
from .sdfformat to
.pdbqt format?
Please help as soon as possible.
