Dear all, First thank you for your software and your effort, obabel is great!!!
I just compiled the latest version of openbabel (2.3.2) in my ubuntu box
and I get a segmentation fault when I try to read some molecules with N in
mol2 format.
It works fine for other formats but breaks with that.
The output of gdb is:
