Hi,

Here is my own attempt at an openbabel webservice:
http://openbabel.selfip.org/  It runs on some spare hardware here at
home so I don't know how the performance will be. It's not meant as a
complete API yet since there are only 3 apps but the main page has
instructions for contributors... :-)
